Second Annual Vashon Island Refuge Recovery Silent Retreat. Open to all, whether you are a RR member or not. This retreat is an opportunity to spend a weekend focused on deepening your meditation practice with community. We will be using the practices of the 4 noble truths and the 8 fold path to free ourselves from the suffering of obsessive thinking and behaviors of all kinds.
The retreat will be held in noble silence and will include daily sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks and instruction. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
To be led by renowned dharma teacher and Refuge Recovery Founder Noah Levine with an assist from our own Rachael Savage. Held in the beautiful Pacific Northwest October 17th through 20th at Camp Burton on Vashon Island, Washington.
